1/ DEVELOPMENT AND FUNDING

In the first phase, we analyze and evaluate the project site, carry out a cost-benefit analysis and dimension thesolar power station. We determine whether grid injection is possible, carry out a performance study and define all technical, economic and time details of the project individually and personally. We then draw up a tailor-made contract for you and make all relevant requests for the project to the authorities.  If necessary, we also offerfinancing of your solar power plant.

2/ DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

The second phase includes the design of thesolar power stationas well as the choice of high-end components required and selected byPan Energyspecialists. Theresolar power plantis then built and commissioning carried out quickly   in order to ensure the return on investment as soon as possible. Theresolar power stationis finally handed over to you.

3/ OPERATIONAND MANAGEMENT

Asset management and ongoing monitoring and documentation of project performance.  Operation and maintenance  of thesolar power plant,   are offered to you to choose from to ensure your peace of mind. Optimized   operation minimizes the risk of failure, unscheduled maintenance costs and ensures safe and reliable performance over the long term.

Statement

If you have decided to producephotovoltaic electricityto resell it, you generate income, which you absolutely must declare. If your income is less than 70,000 euros, you must declare it to the micro-enterprise regime, also called micro-BIC (Industrial and Commercial Benefits). Beyond €82,200 of net annual income, you must switch to the corporate tax system.   Good news, you can deduct VAT on your investment, which is not negligible.
